It's great to get those emails from Amazon and our web site www.TheSellingGap.com for book orders. Although that order for 10,000 books hasn't come though yet, it is great to get the one or two orders.
The plans for the book blast looks like January 2008. Several of the partners are doing their own book blast so we want work with them, not against them.
